We had our weekly weigh-in tonight and I have now
lost a total of 19 pounds. 1st week: 13, 2nd week: 3, 3rd week: 3. I was a little upset with only 3 pounds this week and last because my goal was to lose at least 4 pounds a week. I need to remember that 3 is a good number and to stop beating myself up. Good news is right now I am the girls top loser and my teammate is the boys top loser. I have to brag about it now because I know my being in first place for girls is very temporary. We have some very competitive people in this contest!
