Things Not to Do When You Want a No Negativity Day

1. Don't wake up. The alarm went off, I groggily asked Brent what time it was, he told me 6:15, and I said crap, that means I have to get up. Strike one before I was even awake all the way.

2. Don't watch the news. I ended up yelling at Matt Lauer.

3. Dont open e-mails that have pictures like this:

Gross Aunt Mary!

4. Don't go to work. It was very hard to talk positively all the time at work. Two guys came in and I knew just by the look of them that they were sales reps and would want to talk to me. I greeted them while I was making somebody's subs with a "hi, how are you?" and they looked at me, said nothing and then looked away. I'm sure they were thinking that there is no way this girl could be who we should be talking to. I smiled inside thinking "ha ha, idiots. You were just rude to the wrong person." I was nice to them, don't worry. But afterward when I was going on about their rudeness, Cory told me that maybe I should start fresh with my no negativity day on Friday.

I just realized that this whole post is negative. That's kind of funny! I decided that it's almost impossible to get through a whole day without one negative comment but I think that I was a better person yesterday for even trying. One day I'll be nice.

That picture is disgusting, it makes me hurt just looking at it. How is sticking a pencil all the way through the foot even possible?! What was the email about?
