Oh My!
I sent out an e-mail to ladies that live nearby that I would be baking and selling rolls on Thanksgiving day. I sent the e-mail out 6 hours ago and already have 28 dozen ordered. I was telling my friend tonight that it would be no problem, I'd just have to time it out and wake up as early as 2am to get it done. She reminded me that I would be getting up at 4 the next morning for all the Black Friday shopping and then I will be working all day the rest of the day. So, if you see me on Friday and I am crying, please don't think I'm nuts, I tend to cry uncontrollably when I don't get enough sleep (ask anybody who went to the relief society retreat with me a few years ago). Good news is I will have some money to shop with on Friday!

lol, I'm sorry Laura, I wish that I lived nearby so I could help you out. Maybe you should just use your oven at work so you can cook more at a time. (that is if you bake your own bread at Krazy Subs)
