Rebecca spent hours looking at our Norman Rockwell book while sketching this picture. I'm so impressed with how good of an artist she is with no lessons other than a few tips from my mom here and there. It looks a little wrinkled up because it got lost under the couch a few weeks ago and Nate just found it tonight. Rebecca was so happy to have found it because she was heartbroken when she lost this picture after spending so much time on it. I'm thinking maybe it's time for some lessons so she can get even better.

She is so good! I'm glad someone inherited that talent. I sure didn't.
Wow! But I'm not surprised, she has always been very talented in artistic things. (I still remember her pioneer house from 3rd grade and that song she wrote.)

I've always known Becca has talent. I would suggest art classes in high school. Don't know how they are in junior high. She could just do what she did here. Pick a subject and draw it every day. She will improve just by doing that.
